THE ULTIMATE FITNESS CHALLENGE

Race Rita-8_edited.jpg

Race Rita provides unique fitness races with no fixed finish line; competitors face a relentless virtual character, Rita, who gets faster as you get slower. You race until you're caught by Rita.

While no one escapes Rita, the fitter and stronger you are, the longer you last.

Through our charitable Race Rita Foundation, we also help to break-down the barriers for people facing challenges in their health, fitness and well-being.

TRIPLE B

Our Triple B race format will test you in more ways than one.

3 ways in fact:

BURN, BUILD, BALANCE

Your mission is simple:

Work your way through the 3 stations in each level

Smash through as many levels as you can...

... before Rita catches up with you and ends your race!

B

BURN

3 cardio stations to get your heart pumping and your lungs burning!

You'll take on the Bike, the Rower and the Ski Erg as you try to maximise the distance between you and Rita!

Each BURN station requires you to cover just 300 metres, throughout all levels.

B

BUILD

3 strength stations to BUILD your muscle endurance

You'll be shifting weight here; either your body weight or some weighted kit!

Levels 1 to 3 require 6 reps

Levels 4 to 6 require 9 reps

Levels 7 to 9 require 12 reps

... and so on, always adding 3 reps every 3 levels!

B

BALANCE

3 stations to test your core strength, BALANCE and skill

Can you lower your heart rate before the next cardio burn, whilst evading Rita?

Levels 1 to 3 require 6 reps

Levels 4 to 6 require 9 reps

Levels 7 to 9 require 12 reps

... and so on, always adding 3 reps every 3 levels!

TRIPLE B LEVELS

And so on. It doesn't have to stop at Level 12... You simply keep going until Rita catches you!

BURN stations are always 300 metres in distance.

BUILD and BALANCE stations increase by 3 reps every 3 levels.

TRIPLE B EXERCISES

You'll be given a mace bell for your race, which you'll use in all of the BUILD and BALANCE exercise stations.

Choose the weight of your mace bell according to your experience and ability level, choosing from; 4kg, 6kg, 8kg, 10kg

Although guard it as best you can... Rita wants her mace back!
